Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Nick.

I've been coaching for 11 years here in Loveland, working with everyone from youth athletes chasing their next season to adults who want to get stronger, move better and feel great. I hold a degree in health and fitness and I'm a fully certified personal trainer.

My approach is built on traditional strength training, done safely and in the right amount: enough to keep you progressing, never so much that you get hurt or burn out. I regularly work with clients coming back from injuries or living with physical limitations. What you do outside the gym matters just as much, so I coach clients on healthy routines and eating well, not just the hour we spend training.

Who I train

Every age. Every starting point.

Strength training isn't just for young athletes. Nick adapts every program to the person in front of him, whether that's a fourth grader or a grandparent.

Ages 10+

Youth just starting out

Bodyweight fundamentals first: squats, push-ups, balance and coordination, with weight added only once form is solid.

Athletes

Athletes of all ages

Speed, power and strength for the season ahead, plus the work that keeps athletes on the field and out of the training room.

Adults

Adults building strength

Traditional strength training to get stronger, build muscle and feel better, scaled to your schedule and experience.

70+

Active aging

Strength, balance and mobility for clients in their 70s and beyond, so everyday life stays easier and safer.

Limitations

Injuries & physical limitations

Programs built around injuries and physical limitations, working within what your body can do today and progressing from there.

Train smart

Safety first. Steady gains.

More isn't always better. The best results come from training hard enough to improve, with enough recovery to keep improving. Nick's job is finding that line for you.

01

Form before load

Every movement is learned and owned before any weight is added.

02

The right dose

Sets, reps and weight matched to your goals and recovery, so you progress without overdoing it.

03

Progress you can measure

Small, steady increases tracked over time, adjusted when life, sleep or soreness say slow down.

04

Built around your body

Past injuries, joint issues and physical limitations shape the plan from day one.

Training options

Coaching that fits your life

Every program starts with a free consult so we can map out where you are and where you want to go.

Strength is longevity

Strong today. Independent for life.

Strength training is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health at any age. It builds muscle and bone, burns fat, protects your joints and keeps you doing what you love. Here's what the research says.

10–17%lower risk of early death from any cause for adults who strength train1
3–8%of muscle lost every decade by adults who don’t train2
174%average strength gain in 90-year-olds after just 8 weeks of training3
Adults

Lose fat. Build muscle. Protect your joints.

  • +3 lbof lean muscle in 10 weeks of strength training2
  • −4 lbof body fat over the same 10 weeks2
  • +7%higher resting metabolism, so you burn more all day2

Stronger muscles support and protect your joints, and research shows strength training can ease low back pain and arthritis discomfort.2

60, 70 & beyond

It’s never too late to get stronger.

  • 23%fewer falls in older adults who exercise with balance and strength work8
  • +1–3%increase in bone density, fighting osteoporosis2
  • +48%faster walking speed in 90-year-olds after 8 weeks of training3

People have successfully started strength training in their 70s, 80s and even 90s, with less arthritis pain and stiffness, better sleep and more independence.9

Your strongest years can still be ahead of you.

Whether you’re 11 or 75, Nick will build a safe plan that fits your body and your goals.
